Please respect all publicly posted signs & rules concerning hot tubs, pools, gym, sauna, tennis courts, etc. Please NO SMOKING on the property. Small pets can be approved on a case by case basis with pet ********. Must clean up after pet. Please no loud parties. Please pick up all trash. Place recyclable items in blue bins in trash area and general trash in large trash dumpster in same area. Careful with Gas cooktop if you are unfamiliar with gas appliances. Maximum 4 persons per stay. All furnishings, bedding etc are brand new. Please treat with care.
