The premises will be clean on your arrival, and we ask that you leave it neat and free of trash on your departure. No pets No additional guests No parties or events; no illegal activity or inappropriate behavior. No indoor smoking Please contact us immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be addressed. Damages caused by you or missing items will be charged to your credit card. Pool: To avoid injury, no jumping in the pool or running in the pool area. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must maintain active supervision at all times and be able to serve as lifeguard if necessary. All doors that lead out to back yard have safety alarms. The alarms have adult bypass buttons on the inside and outside of door that will allow the door to be opened for 10 seconds before the alarm sounds (check length of time). Keep all doors closed at all times. No glass containers or bottles are to be taken into the pool area - only plastic items allowed. We do not recommend swimming in the canal due to hazardous water levels and sharp objects on the bottom. Please refrain from throwing anything into the canal. BBQ: The BBQ is there for your use. As with all appliances and amenities, you will find it clean on your arrival. You are expected to leave it clean after use.

Marlon's oasis was the perfect spot for our friends' trip. The bedrooms were good-sized with comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their alone time and hang out together. The pool was perfect. It was a great spot to hang out as a group while having easy access to restaurants and more on Wilton Drive. Definitely recommend taking advantage of the Circuit during your visit.
