Jake is a SUPER host and very thoughtful and friendly! He let me know where to explore downtown. He loves his coffee ☕ he even referred me to a few local properties/owners. Looking forward to my move to Amarillo!

Although I was not able to make it due to getting caught in a storm, Jake was very accommodating and understanding of my situation. He was great with communicating with me and responding to questions I had!

Had a great stay at Jake's place! The apartment is in a really cool old building in a neat area of town - very convenient to the major roads. Place is very cozy and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Jake is also a really nice guy and great host. . . I hope I can catch his place again on my future visits to the area.
