The kitchen is small but two people can eat and cook. The room has its own key. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. It is located in Nea Smyrni, Athens, one of the greenest and safest areas in Southern Athens. The condo is classy and elegant. The flat is 2' walk from the tram stop where you can go to Acropolis, Athens, downtown, Pireus. Athens Riviera is just 10' away by tram.

Smoking is allowed only on balcony. Parties are not allowed. Visitors may stay up to 21:00. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival fee for arrivals between 22:00 - 6:00 5 Euros. Pls. do not throw papers in the toilette but in the toilette bin. There is a litter bin for kitchen litter under the kitchen sink. Pls. when you leave the room, turn off the light and the heating. Take your litter with you and tidy your room.
