The Reveal

The room has a sofa bed for two, a mirror, a TV set, heating and fan for summer. It is decorated with my cards collection, original paintings and posters signed by the artist, a mirror. In winter it also has a table with two chairs. Kitchen is small but two people can eat and cook. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. The balcony may occasionally be shared. The room has its own key. The flat is very classy with luxurious oak tree doors. The balcony may be occasionally shared. The condo is elegant and luxurious. Nea Smyrni is one of the most beautiful suburbs of Athens Riviera, Southern Athens. The tram stop is just 2'walk.

Smoking is allowed only on balconies. No pets. Parties are not allowed. Visitors may stay up to 21:00 Pls. keep your room tidy, turn off the lights and A/C when leaving. Do not throw toilette papers in the toilette but in the toilette bin. There is a litter bin under the kitchen sink. Pls. when you leave take your litter with you. Washing machine can be used, ask for prices. A late arrival fee 5 Euros is applied for arrivals from 22:00 - 6:00
