PLEASE DO READ BEFORE BOOKING : We much appreciate guest to agreed the term and conditions BEFORE made the booking and we wish to serve you better in our budget mix dormitory room I) Please do not invite friend while you check in or during your stay because there is a shared dormitory room with other guests, not suitable for event 2) No access to kitchen and no cooking 3) Can't stay in the room in day times between 11h00 to 20h00e as under daily cleaning progress. These budget male dormitory room are not a suitable guest who needs to stay in day times 4 ) Check in times strictly start after 20h end by 23h 5) These are a private apartment residence, not a commercial hostel, we respect other neighbour privacy, please do not make noise at the hallway and staircase during your stay. 6) Please note that due to communication and security reason, we DO NOT accept guest who’s book these listing for someone else, these is included if you try to reserve for your family members or your friend, we will not accept this person to ******** the cancellation is a strict term. 7) These are a dormitory room, we recommended guest to keep individual belongings safely, bring a small lock to lock the baggage. Do not keep valuable items in the home while you are out. We do not responsible for any lost item 8) Do respectfully of the shared room and shared bathroom manner.
