Rules This apartment is my home and you have to treat it as it was yours, so pay attention to the furnitures, the walls, the appliances and to avoid every kind of damage and stealing of the place. Compensation may be required. Pets are not allowed in the appartment, neither smoking, drugs, loud noise, parties, accomondation of more people than those agreed. The hours of communal quiet are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00. Do not throw paper and other items into the toilet, there's a bucket for them. Do not recklessly use the air conditioners.
