Less than 20 mins south from Gold Coast Airport
Kingscliff / Salt is a very up & coming area, we are only 200m from the beach.
The house is only two blocks from Mantra
Kingscliff beach was rated 4th top beach in Australia
We are only two blocks from Mantra & Peppers Resorts and main shops
The house has a lot of national light and air flow and a very large private back yard / pool area.
Large open plan kitchen, lounge & dinning area and an extra lounge upstairs.
Upstairs:
1 & 2 large bedrooms upstairs with king size beds, both have TV's and a work station.
Main bathroom across from the two bedrooms.
Downstairs:
3rd large bedroom with a king bed
4th bedroom with four single beds
Separate shower & toilet
If your looking to relax or here for work and want your own space this is an ideal place
