Hi i’m renting my new furnished studio at my place for not too old gay people. 1 bedroom with double bed, kitchen full equiped, own bathroom. I can also rent the other space in my house for a lower price. Also with own bathroom and bedroom, just not as new as the studio. Ideal for students. I’m living in a very nice and quiet streeft. My place is near the centre of the city, 5 minutes by feet to the centre of Kortrijk, shopping centre and is near the station. It’s about 30 minutes from Gent or Brugge by train and about 1 hour to Brussel, Antwerpen.
