I live together with my friend Bart. We live in a lovely converted old farmhouse. Our farmhouse is good situated . You can travel to the coast, Bruges , Ghent , Brussels, Ypres , Kortrijk. Easy accebale by train or car, if by train, we can come and pick you up and give you transport back From Lichtervelde you have a good connection by train and there is also a motorway E403, We can guide you to good pubs, sauna's and lbgt-bars. My boyfriend Bart is a professional chef . He can prepare you a good dinner. If needed can recommend some good places, to have a good more expensive meal, lol. I followed some lessons of tantramassage and can give you a sensitive massage if you like it. you can either have a room with dinner or without, dinner is €25 pp,, a full royal bfast is €15, you have a separate living room, washing facilities, if needed you can use oven and microwave, if weather is sunny, we have a secluded sun garden, eating al fresco is poss, regards the weather

Jan & Bart were very welcoming and helpful! They are very generous and flexible hosts. And the place itself and it's surroundings are really charming~ It has everything you need and then some extras on top!

Jan and Bart treated us fairly when we could not stay in November 2022 due to Covid-19 disease. Although after free cancellation they agreed to move our booking to now. As a gay, you feel welcome since they only accommodate gays when gays identify themselves and block further bookings for other guests, especially since only one bathroom can accommodate a larger party (up to 6 guests). But as said: only one party per time. It is possible to enjoy gay relaxation in their garden. Perfect place!

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay with Jan and Bart. I really enjoyed the peace and the lovely conversations we had. You certainly deserve a 10 for hospitality! The massage is also definitely worth recommending... And I will definitely come back sometime when it's warmer outside so I can fully enjoy your beautiful garden ;-)

Jan and Bart are the best! Their place is beautiful, and they are the most gracious hosts! They go out of their way to care for their guests. Bart is a great chef. The dinner is extravagant and breakfast is lavish. Jan is very funny and always ready to chat and laugh. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom clean and spacious. We had great conversations over good wine. Our time there was too short! Highly recommended!

We had an extraordinary stay with Bart and Jan. After a divine and convivial dinner, we almost forgot to go to bed, the conversation was so friendly. The house is full of charm and the place is very peaceful. The hosts are very pleasant and we felt right at home. We still have plenty of things to share with them, so we will be back! A big thank you!!!!!!
