We are a boutique B&B: we provide Bed and Booze, rather than the traditional Bed and Breakfast! Our space is a converted 1890s church. Eclectic-peaceful-serene. The Blue Room: Queen bed & full European style bath. Max. 2 adult, SORRY No Children under 10, No Pets, Non-smoking home, No open flames. Price includes 9% NH Room Tax. GLBT friendly. Guests have access to the entire main level and 800 sq.ft. lounge, plus use of the patio and deck.

Lake Winnipesaukee is only two blocks out the front door, while Back bay is only two blocks out the back door. We are in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, only 30 miles from the White mountains. Hiking, fishing, kayaking, biking, skiing, rafting, zip lining, and virtually every other outdoor sport is within 15 minutes to 45 minutes away! Did I mention the seashore, Cape Code, Mt. Washington all within a short drive. Wolfeboro was the first summer resort in America, founded in 1770! It is almost like stepping into a Norman Rockwell painting. Quaint, quiet, and laid back.
