Beautiful, quiet space in large comfortable old home. Shared first floor includes large chef's kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room and relaxing living room with built in bookshelves, fireplace and grand piano. Three bedrooms with private baths and a small library with fireplace share the second floor. I live on the third floor. 10mins to downtown Portland, walk to shops & restaurants in downtown Westbrook. Typically I've rented to traveling nurses but looking to reach out to the LGBTQ+ community!
