Simple & Affordable in a Cozy Log Home

The guest(s) renter has exclusive use of one room: a private bedroom and its adjoining loft balcony. The bedroom has two small closets, slanted ceilings, single trundle bed, table desk, upholstered rocker and table lamps.

In addition, guests have house privileges (common areas: bathroom, kitchen and appliances, living-dining areas, washer/dryer, enclosed porch, 4K smart TV) and a half acre lot. There's a small creek on the wooded lot. Wi-fi, fans and A/C are also available at no charge.

This modest, log-style home is in a quiet, private, forested association community across the street from Baxter Lake on which there are three small association beaches. This home is 5 miles northwest of downtown Rochester although it's physical address is in Farmington.

Responsible and skilled or professional guests are preferred. Full COVID vaccination is required.
