Beautifully decorated and spacious lower level of a Mediterranean-style home. This private suite offers a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, a large and inviting living area, and a unique TV lounge featuring a 75” screen and comfortable sectional seating. Guests also have access to a convenient kitchenette, complimentary Wi-Fi, and free on-site parking.
The only shared space is the home’s laundry area. During the summer months, guests are welcome to enjoy the beautiful backyard. The home is typically occupied by only one person, or sometimes is entirely unoccupied. I look forward to hosting you and making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

A man who enjoys traveling and attending cultural events while visiting new spots. Born In Kirkuk and lived in Sydney, Detroit, and San Diego to name few. I love many beautiful things the world offers-color, gardens, books, music, travel, culture, good pescatarian food and the joy of being around people. I have made it to 25 countries so far. While traveling, I like to explore museums and conversing with the locals. Some of my favorite cities are Barcelona, Marrakesh, and Bangkok. I love making new friends and sitting around having an intimate conversation about the world. Professional jewelry designer by trade and a tour guide at the national museum on my fun times. I enjoy reading non-fiction books and magazines and do not watch TV much but I do enjoy watching foreign movies a lot. I like meeting the hosts or the guests and get to know about them while I am in their town.

This house is conveniently located near the major expressways and only 15 minutes to downtown. a mile or so to major grocery stores and only a few miles away from royal oak downtown which offers a variety of international resturants, cinemas and cozy coffee shops.

Please take the time to read the house rules to ensure a comfortable stay. 1- GUEST POLICY- A-The maximum number of overnight guests is ******** the persons listed as the rental party may occupy the property overnight. Exceeding this limit requires my written approval and incurs a $30 per-guest/night fee. A pertaining penalty will apply. Guests also need the homeowner's permission to invite visitors onto the property. This is a quiet residential area, so only guests are allowed in the house unless the homeowner approves the visitors. Pertaining penalties will apply. B- Events of any kind are allowed only with written approval from the homeowner. 2. PARKING- Do not park on the street between 2:00 am and 6:00 am; always park in the carport at night. At other times of the day, it is perfectly OK to park on the street. A maximum of 4 cars is allowed. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway or in front of the house. Parking is not permitted in front of the neighbor’s properties. Enjoy your stay. THANK YOU
