HOUSE RULES Welcome to the apartment in Roseville. Please take the time to read these rules in order to make your stay as great as possible. I. PARKING: it is perfectly ok to park anywhere in the parking area behind the building. II. GUEST POLICY •The maximum number of overnight guests is 4 persons. Only the persons listed as the rental party may occupy the property overnight. Surpassing this limit needs written approval from me and the cost is $30/per guest/per night. Guests also have to get approval from the homeowner to invite visitors to the property. •NO events of any kind are allowed on the property. Guests agree to NOT have any type of event at the house unless you have written approval by the homeowner. •Guests promise not to damage or misuse the home and its contents. When guests leave, the home will be left in the same good condition it was in upon arrival, except for ordinary wear and tear. Guests will pay for any repairs, replacements, losses, and/or damages to the house and its contents whenever such damage or loss is beyond normal wear and tear. -No pets allowed at this home unless it is previously discussed with the host. •No weapons •There is ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUGS IV.
