You'll find my (ground floor) apartment very comfortable, it is equipped with all modern amenities. My king size bed is big enough for 3 persons, but my couch is also big enough to sleep at. By the way... I renovated my apartment completely, new kitchen, new bathroom, new bed, new everything, I have to take new pictures which I will put ********-2025) I don't rent out normally.,,.,.

I also have a small garden which will have sun until 4 pm. My neighbors will probably also be your host during your stay.

My apartment is ideal situated in the center of Amsterdam, more direction east. There are many museums in the neighborhood as many canals and 't IJ. Also the cultural "Indische buurt" and the Oosterpark are close. Central station is 20 minutes walk, 5 minutes cycling. And if needed I can help you with bikes and information where to go, depending of your interest.

You can make fun in my apartment... for sure I do :-) The only thing I ask, is to have respect for my house and neighbors. My house ain't noisy... but is also ain't a discotheque. Smoking outside, Pets on request, Visitors authorized. My house will be proper and clean. I expect you to leave it exactly how you'll find it when you arrived.
