Such positions are very rare in the Soca-Valley. It is only on 1 km (walking distance) from Most na Soci with the lake, bars, restaurants and shops, medical centre. The driveway is 100 meters, the property has 4.400 m2 ground, an own well, the house is build on rocks with a garden full magnolia's, palmtrees, fruittrees and so on. The large summer kitchen makes it possible for also larger groups to be outside in hot or bad weather under the roof with an open fire. Clear that there is enough parking place for more cars..We live in Kamno on 15 km's from Kozmerice, the little village were Kuninez is. We are always reacheble by phone and quickly at Kuninez if needed.
