About the Place

RENTAL LOCATION:

This lovely vacation rental or corporate housing unit is located in Anaheim California / Orange County (O.C.). This two bedroom two bathroom apartment is a short distance from Interstate 5 or the Garden Grove Freeway which gives easy access to the area's surroundings. Disneyland, Angel Stadium, and Knottsberry farm are all major attractions for this rental. If you are visiting O.C. and Los Angeles- we can even link your reservations together. We have rentals in both locations. Another appeal for this beautiful rental is the Anaheim Convention center which is only 6 minutes by car without traffic.

RENTAL INTERIOR:

This two-bedroom and two-bathroom vacation apartment and corporate rental is decorated to suit everyone from business travelers to vacationers. It comes with free high speed internet (Wi-Fi) and a full kitchen and bar counter. The living area has a lovely fold out sofa (full to queen size) which sleeps up to two people and a 55-inch flat screen TV equipped with basic cable. Our kitchen is supplied with everything you need to prepare your meals. We provide the very basic essentials which include cookware, dishes and utensils, and commonly used kitchen appliances like microwave and electric kettle. We never skimp on bedding in our vacation homes and corporate rentals. We provide high quality, medium-firm mattresses for all of our guests. Everyone loves sleeping on our beds and we get a lot of compliment on our mattress selection. The bathrooms in our apartment are very spacious making it easy to move things around. The shower area in each of the bathrooms has sliding glass doors to keep the rest of the bathroom dry. There is a large vanity mirror and a separate toilet too. Best of all, our Downtown Los Angeles apartment has a great balcony where you may sit outside and enjoy your day reading a book, sharing a meal, or having a cup of coffee. Our unit comes with 2 parking spaces available at $10/night per car. This is a secured parking located at the basement of the apartment complex and can fit small to medium size vehicles parked in tandem. There’s also plenty of street parking free of charge available nearby – just beware of the street signs The luxury doesn't stop at our apartment though. This is a community where you may enjoy a day tanning, getting a massage, running around the quarter mile track, going to the gym, swimming in the Olympic-sized pool, laying out on the roof, or just relaxing in the on-site library. Downtown LA doesn't offer a more luxurious, affordable, and convenient vacation rental or corporate housing unit than ours.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION:

- Check-ins at this property are free from 4 pm to 9 pm, if scheduled
- Early check-ins are billed at $40.00 from 12 to 4 pm
- Extra Early check-ins are billed at 1/2 nights rent + tax
- Late check-ins 9 pm to 12:15 am are billed at $40.00 for the selected waiting hour in the arrival information
- Check-ins after 12:15 pm are billed at $60.00 and must be scheduled 72 hours in advance
- Unscheduled check-ins may not report to the property without calling first and may experience up to 4 hours waiting. Unscheduled check-ins are billed $50.00 flat in addition to any late check-in fees. Please schedule your arrivals.

All unscheduled arrivals will be charged an additional $50, in addition to any early/late check-in fees prior to the release of keys- please make sure to schedule your arrival with the property after booking.

We do not allow self-check-in at this property. We require all guests to schedule their check-in time after confirmation of reservation. We require all guests to present the credit card used to book the rental and a photo ID at the time of check-in.

CHECK-OUT INFORMATION:

- All check-outs are prompt at 11 am.
- Late check-outs until 2 pm are billed at $40.00 and are subject to availability on the day of departure. Late checkout fees begin at 11:15 am.
- Late check outs must be purchased in advance (by 12 midnight the night prior). Same day late checkouts and extensions will require an updated bill to be signed. Late Checkouts or extensions requested later than 12 midnight the night before will be accessed a $50.00 handling fee. All guest must sign their updated bills or new rental agreement if changing cards or responsibilities. Failure to schedule an updated bill signing or extension request form will result in your unit being rented to the next occupant. Please make sure to follow the rules on this very serious procedure.

This is a self-checkout property. Upon departure, you will need to call our checkout line to time check your checkout. This voicemail will time-stamp your checkout time for your records and will notify the housekeeping team that you are ready for departure.

*Please note that with no front desk that holding luggage is billed at the same price as a late checkout rate, which is dependent upon the time of luggage pickup. Luggage pickups are subject to availability of staffing and should be pre-arranged with late checkout fee. Even if you are not intending to utilize the room past the checkout hour we will need to pay staff to be available for your luggage pick up. This is the lowest available fee to you to cover this cost.

All guest must schedule their arrival time.
All guest must place a card on file and sign a short-term rental agreement.
All guest must provide a photo ID.
$300 ******** per Electronic Key Set or $39.99 damage waiver for up to 2 Key Sets.
There are no parties allowed at this property.

Air-Mattresses is $80.00 per rental including linens.
Must be requested prior to arrival or an additional $25.00 trip fee must be included.
The guest may take the rental with them upon departure but must leave the linens.
If left behind, they must claim within 2 hours of departure and pay shipping if they wish to keep.
Any Air-Mattress left behind will be resold for the same price, not refunded to guest.
