Fully furnished one owner home in a quiet neighborhood of the West Valley Metro area of Phoenix (Glendale) Arizona. Owner lives in the home. Private room and private bath for 1-2 guests (can accomodate 1-4 extra guests on a standard bed within home office and a pullout couch bed in the TV room for $35/per guest per night). Complete use of the kitchen and laundry facilities. Street parking available. Non-heated swimming pool is newly remodeled with updated patio (furniture & grill). No pets allowed. Smoking not allowed inside the home. Parking on the street available.
Close to everything in the West Valley...including the Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Arena, Tanger Outlet Mall and Desert Diamond Casino.

Jerry had great accommodation for my friend and I. Very easy going on our travel plans of check-in and check-out. Understood my tardiness on check-in because of Phoenix traffic. Room was cozy. A sweet man and warm-welcoming into his home.

Jerry was wonderful and a great host. We really enjoyed the location which was centrally located and easy access to restaurants and the highways as we explored the Phoenix area.

Jerry was a terrific host. He welcomed me at the last minute when the friend I was going to stay with got the flu. His home is lovely and quiet and a short walk from stores and transit. I hope I'll have the chance to stay with him again.
