The apartment is in one of the best areas of the old town, between Metropol Parasol (Setas) and the streets Sierpes and Cuna. All the essentials are within walking distance: squares, churches, stores and the main monuments. Less than 1 minute away you have La Campana, Sierpes and Tetuán; and a few minutes away the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Santa Cruz neighborhood or the Plaza de España. Ideal location to visit Seville all year round and especially at Easter and Feria, for its proximity to the routes and festive spaces. The apartment has access to a terrace / terrace from which you can see the Giralda: the perfect place to watch the sunset with a drink or dine outdoors in the moonlight. From the apartment you can easily reach the Guadalquivir river, Triana, Isla Magica and the bus station.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD Although centrally located, it is in a very quiet area, so you are sure to have a relaxing stay. On Sundays you can visit the painters' market in the Plaza del Museo, where local artists exhibit and sell their work. Many of the best tapas places in Seville are in this area. We can make some recommendations such as Blanco Cerrillo by Sierpes, Las columnitas by the cathedral and if you want a good atmosphere of youth and take your tapas in the sun, leaving the apartment in the Plaza del Salvador you will find it. A few meters from the apartment are located all kinds of local stores, greengrocers, bakeries, as well as supermarkets etc.. Stylish little apartment in the centre of the historic town. A nice fifteen minute walk to the gay bars and really close to the Alcázar and the cathedral etc. Everything in the apartment is well thought through to make the most of the space. The host is really helpful with tips, and was always available (such as how to use those Spanish blinds)

I had a very enjoyable stay in this property. The communication with the hosts regarding check in was great and was easy to navigate. The property is as the description (note that the balcony terrace is on the floor above and not accessed actually within the flat itself). The hosts were easy to get hold of and answered any concerns promptly. The property is ideally situated and within a short walk to the Cathedral and all the main sites within Sevilla. I would certainly recommend this property.

Saying the mattress was dirty is not correct. The visible marks were due to a one-time incident: water entering through an open window that dragged rust from the balcony frame. The mattress was cleaned, disinfected, and sun-dried. Cleanliness is an absolute priority, as demonstrated by my ratings and my track record as a Superhost. Small apartment in the middle of old Sevilla. Lots of bakeries and restaurants within a block or two. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, because everything is so close, so it worked out fine for us.

The appartement is great located in a quiet tiny street in the middle of the center. From the roof terrace you can nearly touch the Giralda. Shops are very close to The place. The appartement is nice, clean and equipped with everything you need for a sightseeing trip. The communication with Manuel and Bruni is really fast and easy. Both are very nice, engaged and supportive. There was a problem with WiFi but both of them were engaged to get it solved. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent communication - I messed up and told them the wrong arrival time and they were so gracious. The apartment is clean and cute. Excellent location - easy to get to everything and within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and the main attractions. When the water heater ran out of gas they had it refilled within the day. Would highly recommend.

Everything was okay except the air conditioner broke in the middle of August. The appliances were not maintained at all. The filthy washing machine made my clothes even dirtier after a wash. I cut my stay short because of the broken air conditioner (though I did manage to sleep one night at 40 degrees), and I was reimbursed immediately.
