Room w/private bath CBD fringe & Avon trails

I had a great stay with Troy. The room and house were very homely and comfortable. Troy makes a mean flat white in the mornings. Easy to talk to and very relaxed. Breakfast was laid out for me to help myself to in the morning.

A comfortable and very clean place to stay. I was unfortunate to suffer a bad head cold for a few days on arrival so I wasn't able to interact with the host as much I would have liked to. Troy is a very nice guy, quiet and easy company.

Brett and Troy are a wonderful host. Troy gave a amazing massage and taught me a few techniques for my sore body. Room and bathroom are sparkling clean and odourless. Location is close to CBD. Highly recommend their place.

Brett and Troy are so nice! We were late driving into Christchurch from Mt. Aoraki but Troy was very gracious to wait for us and give us a relaxing massage at the end of a tiring day. Everything was very easy and comfortable. Will definitely return to stay at their Akaroa accommodation. It looks gorgeous!

Amazing stay a great location we didn't have a chance to meet Breet but we have a great communication also we met his partner Troy which is he will come us and show us around and give us a great recommendation for places to visit and eat he was amazing I highly recommend this place for everyone you will not disappoint

Brett was an amazing host with everything as per advertised in a great location with an easy 15min flat walk to the CBD and local cafes, bars and for shows etc . The room was clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed and linen with a bonus of my own private bathroom with heated floor. Also when booking, its a must to book in for an amazing massage with Brett's partner Troy.. he is a professional masseur and knows how to massage, you wont regret it. It was a pleasure to stay with Brett & Troy and will defiantly book again when traveling to Christchurch. Highly recommend

I had a fantastic stay at Brett and Troy's place during my recent visit to Christchurch. I stayed at their beautiful home twice for a total of 4 nights. It worked out great as the location was 5 minutes away from the Airport and an easy uber ride to most of Christchurch attractions. Brett generously offered to pick me up from the airport and also give me rides to the city center multiple times. Their home is beautiful and immensely clean. Bedroom, bathroom and rest of the accommodation was exactly as listed. I was able to unwind & relax before and after my south island hiking trip. I even got to enjoy their hot tub in the backyard. Brett and Troy are amazing hosts and I would highly recommend their place.
