This luxury condo is half the time available as 'shared' condo and half the time it's empty and can be had as 'entire' home, depending on the dates.
This is a slightly different condo experience from others in terms of view and facilities.
The guest room that's for rent is approx. 12sqm and part of the 90sqm super modern condo on the 31st floor with views you will not soon forget (especially at night)! You have your own private bathroom with shower and toilet and it's just 1 meter away from your room (just opposite when you step out of your room).
The condo is in the Asoke area on Sukhumvit Soi 20, 7-8 min walk to Asoke BTS and to Sukhumvit MRT station (subway).
You can use the living room, kitchen, dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 50m long swimming pool and a big gym, both open till 10pm during the week and 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights. The condo has a shuttle bus to the Emporium / EmQuartier shopping mall which is 7 min drive away and the bus also serves the Asoke BTS station which is connected to the public transport means and the Terminal 21 mall.

This is a spectacular condo tower in the middle of the city with a resort-like recreational area that finds no match in Bangkok (according to my own research) :)
I travel a lot (60% of the time), so chances are that I will not be there and if I am, I am very busy, so you have a lot of privacy. This condo complex is like a retreat and quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. I can help you with sightseeing trip planning and even translations if you have problems communicating or need translations. In general however, I like independent travelers as I am not much in the condo myself.
The bed, by the way, is only a single bed. So there is only space for one person and I don't like guests to bring home strangers anyway...
