L’Hostalet is in the centre of the old village, an easy stroll from a choice of restaurants and cafés, the 14th century church, the high street, artists' studios and galleries, antique shops, the Casa de l’Albera museum and the train station. There is a bi-weekly market (Saturdays and Wednesdays) with much local produce on stalls around the Hostalet, in the village square and down the street. You can go shopping, wine tasting, linger on a terrace or enjoy a relaxing massage in the village. The pleasure port, beaches, Le Racou and Valmy are nearby and easily accessible. Collioure and Perpignan are also easy to reach.
