L&L is a great classic Mexican style home located one of the trendiest areas in town. Condesa is a nice, safe and gay friendly neighborhood. It is just a few blocks from everything you need. We offer a cozy private room with a queen size comfortable sofa and a wide range of amenities such TV, cable, internet access and a private bathroom located on the main floor. For a bigget party, up to four people, we offer an extra room with a double bed. Common spaces are nicely decorated and welcoming. Fully stocked kitchen, living area, dinning room and a nice terrace are common areas. Laundry services are available at an extra minimum charge.

Hello and welcome to One of the trendiest neighborhoods in town. Leo and I are happy to offer our home during your stay in Mexico City. We enjoy home sharing with people from all cardinal points. We have made journeys in a lot of different countries and this is why we understand what travelers need and how to make them feel at home. Leo is a dentist and I am a business consultant. We speak Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. Communication is not a problem. We enjoy listening to all kinds of music. We take pleasure in going to concerts, watching all type of films, theater plays and taking advantage of all the diverse extensive cultural activities taking place in one of the biggest and most modern cities of the world. Let us be your hosts and share with you special tips during your visit. Live like a local in one of the most gay friendly and best located neighborhoods in Mexico City. The rooms are on the second floor and each one accommodates from one to two people. The rooms are priced separately. The full bathroom is shared and it is located on the first floor. Smoking in the house is not permitted, however, if you enjoy smoking, you are welcome to do so on the roof garden. Our dogs are small and well trained and have their own space at home, so, in case you don t want to meet them, you won t even notice where they are. You cannot invite strangers at any time in the house.

Smoking in the house is allowed exclusively on the rooftop garden. In accordance with Mexican law, the consumption of drugs of any kind is not allowed inside the house. It is not allowed to invite at any time any person outside the reservation, nor to have parties. Previously authorized special guest 350 pesos per night. Low volume on televisions and music after 21:00 hrs. The use of headphones is recommended. In our home we save energy for the benefit of the environment, please turn off lights and electrical appliances in your room when not in use or when you are not in the house. The use of the terrace is restricted between 21:00 hrs and 9:00 am. If you wish to occupy this area during those hours please check with me first. Thank you Guests arriving between 10:00 pm and 11:00 am will be charged an early/late check in fee of 350 pesos upon arrival. If you only leave your bags after 11:00 am there is no charge. If the room is ready at that time you may occupy it, otherwise you may occupy it from 2:00 pm. Thank you

Well I stayed for over a week in this room which wasnt the one advertised above. Its not as nice so they gave me a 10% discount. Luis and Leo are very friendly and caring people I became quite ill while I was there and they both helped me find apporpriate doctors and services. They do have a washing machine but they do charge for it. The bed is comfortable and the little dogs are delights.
