Between sea and hill, accommodation of character in a true Provençal bastide of edge of the Mediterranean.
Each accommodation has its own outdoor spaces that are cleverly positioned. There is a big shared garden planted with Mediterranean scents and a parking area for 3 or 4 vehicles inside the property. 3 accommodations can sleep 15 people as follows: single-storey apartment 1 sleeps 4 people with living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, terrace and Southeast-exposed garden. Apartment 2 sleeps 6: ground floor with double exposure, living room, dining room, kitchen and winter garden and first floor with 2 double bedrooms and Mezzanine with 2 single beds and terraces and South-exposed garden. Apartment 3 sleeps 5: intermediate storey, kitchen, huge living with large bay window, double bedroom, Mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds, large North-exposed covered terrace, gazebo and South-exposed garden. This very old wine estate from the 18th century that is respectfully renovated and furnished offers a stay in the heart of the Southern Provence. The house is 700 m away from the beaches, the coves and the fishing harbour and at the very edge of a hill where you can have charming strolls overlooking the coastline. On site, you can take a nap, admire the scenery or do anything you don’t usually do. Each holiday cottage has its own private outdoor spaces that are cleverly positioned with respect to one another in order to offer quietness and well-being to everyone. A big garden planted with Mediterranean scents is shared and there is a parking area for 3 or 4 vehicles inside the property. The property has been approved and rewarded by the Fédération des Offices du Tourisme du Var. From the rocks of Les Baux Rouges to the rocky inlet of Le Pin de Galle, the coastline extends over 7 km of coastline covered with beaches and secluded coves that reflect the wild atmosphere of the Méditerranée Varoise. The forest massif adjacent to the property extends over 415 acres. It is very close to Hyères Les Palmiers, its Iles d’Or and its dream beaches and a few metres away from Bormes-les-Mimosas, Le Lavandou and Saint-Tropez. 45 minutes from Marseille and 1 h from Cannes, Le Pradet offers a privileged place to enjoy the jewels of the region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
