La Feniére: 70 sq.m rental consisting of a 30 sq.m living area 30m2 on the garden level with an open-plan kitchen leading to the north-facing roofed terrace, equipped with hammocks (for unforgettable siestas), and to the south-facing main terrace with dining area and private garden. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms separated by a shower room. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and storage space. In the south bedroom, you can access a mezzanine with hardwood floors and two single beds.

For a romantic, sports or family holiday, the Mas de la Gavaresse that is ideally located between the sea and the hill, will seduce you during all the mild Provencal seasons. This very old wine estate from the 18th century that is respectfully renovated and furnished offers a stay in the heart of the Southern Provence. The house is 700 m away from the beaches, the coves and the fishing harbour and at the very edge of a hill where you can have charming strolls overlooking the coastline. On site, you can take a nap, admire the scenery or do anything you don’t usually do. Each holiday cottage has its own private outdoor spaces that are cleverly positioned with respect to one another in order to offer quietness and well-being to everyone. A big garden planted with Mediterranean scents is shared and there is a parking area for 3 or 4 vehicles inside the property. The property has been approved and rewarded by the Fédération des Offices du Tourisme du Var. From the rocks of Les Baux Rouges to the rocky inlet of Le Pin de Galle, the coastline extends over 7 km of coastline covered with beaches and secluded coves that reflect the wild atmosphere of the Méditerranée Varoise. The forest massif adjacent to the property extends over 415 acres. It is very close to Hyères Les Palmiers, its Iles d’Or and its dream beaches and a few metres away from Bormes-les-Mimosas, Le Lavandou and Saint-Tropez. 45 minutes from Marseille and 1 h from Cannes, Le Pradet offers a privileged place to enjoy the jewels of the region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
