You will have 24 hour access to: Fully fenced back yard (very private), covered lanai, pool, outdoor kitchen, off street parking, laundry. This is a rare for Sarasota, jogging, bike friendly, neighborhood along the waterfront where you will enjoy 100 year old oak trees, Spanish moss, mansions and the beautiful Ringling Museum. Downtown Main St. Sarasota is a 5 minutes drive with numerous restaurants, night life and shopping. The sugar white sand of Lido Beach is a short 10 minute drive. The Indian Beach neighborhood is truly Old Florida. Houses are an eclectic mix of modern to over 100 years old.
