It’s 5.00 additional per night, just let me know. Our house is a three bedroom one bath single level. We have one young black lab who runs the place. Hopefully he will not be a problem for you. You would have full use of the place. Parking is on a quiet dead end street. The chickens and ducks are fenced off in the back. My partner is ASL knows if that helps.

If your check in will be after 10:00pm due to circumstances outside your control just let us know, IN ADVANCE so we can see what we can work out. Check out is 11:00am or earlier. No need to make the bed or stuff like that, we’ve got it.
