You have the guest bathroom exclusively for your use. Free street parking surround complex on neighborhood streets. Walk anywhere Downtown! Best space for no frills travelers needing a space to recharge!

There is a great gym a couple blocks away if you want to work on your fitness. Most of this is walking distance.

No laundry on site unfortunately.
No kitchen access. Your room does have a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave.
Sorry, no pets. No smoking inside house or in courtyard.
No keys are given. Rooms lock from the inside but not the outside.
The number of people in your party must match the reservation. The City of Albuquerque only allows 2 people to stay in the room. Please help me not make my neighbors upset so I can keep hosting. Some are already not a fan of short term rentals.
