Hi...looking forward to meeting some travelers. I love to meet interesting people on my travels. I have been hosting on different platforms and it has been a great experience. I look forward to hosting you. I work in the film industry and am very active. Often, I don't get to spend much time with my guests, but I hope to provide you with the place and information you need to have a great visit in Downtown Albuquerque.

Host recommendations

Quiet hours after 10pm in the courtyard as to not disturb the neighbors. No laundry on site unfortunately. No kitchen access. Your room does have a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave. Sorry, no pets. No smoking inside house or in courtyard. No keys are given. Rooms lock from the inside but not the outside. The number of people in your party must match the reservation. The City of Albuquerque only allows 2 people to stay in the room. Please help me not make my neighbors upset so I can keep hosting. Some are already not a fan of short term rentals.

Joe's accommodations are clever, comfortable, and complete -- and he checked in with me more than once, to see if anything was needed. And he kindly let me keep my bicycle inside, where it was secure, yet easy to take outside. He provides lots of info about the city, as well as wifi access so a person can further explore online. I'm very glad to have stayed at his place.

Joe was very detail-oriented, and that was much appreciated! He made sure I had more than enough info to find the location and easily check-in. He even offered me some parking tips for the area. Joe was very friendly and introduced himself after I had a chance to settle in the room, and we had a nice chat. If you wanna live that "Harry Potter" life, you'll love the cool under-the-stairs bathroom, haha! But seriously, the bathroom was very nice and has a great shower as well as all the essentials (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.). The bed and the room were very comfortable, especially with blackout curtains on the windows - love that! I also appreciated that there was a desk where I could do a little work on my laptop. And the mini-fridge was stocked with flat water and some sparkling water, which I also love. The microwave in the room also came in handy! My stay was in winter, so it was a little chilly, but it was quickly made very comfortable thanks to the little space heater Joe provided. Last but not least... the little dark chocolate that was waiting on the pillow was very yummy! Thanks, Joe! 'Til next time!

This was my first time using misterb&b, and Joe set such a high standard throughout the entire process and experience. The room and private bathroom were very well kept. Extremely cozy. Made me feel warm inside, like how the place you go to rest should. I had such a good experience that I probably won't book with any other hosts in town in the future. Thank you, Joe, for making me feel right at home!

Solid space with an unbeatable location and multiple food options within walking distance. Joe accurately describes his room on the app and follows up post-confirmation with clear, detailed check-in instructions making access a ********. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Next time I'm in town, I'll be looking for Joe.

Great place to rest our head. Joe was very accommodating to our late check in as our flight was delayed. We slept so well. We really appreciated Joe's flexibility and understanding. Would definitely stay here again as it was exactly as described! Thanks Joe! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Joe's place was quite clean and well-maintained. While we couldn't spend much time with Joe due to our tight schedule, it was a nice cozy place to stay at. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Albuquerque.
