- Please treat and take care of the room and all furnishings therein as your own.
- As it is a 1 pax bedroom and this is a sharehouse, no guests are allowed unless with previous authorisation from host via misterbnb message.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm
- Change of towels and sheets may be requested for guests staying for 10 nights or more. Just give us a 2-day notice.
-Extra toilet paper for personal use may be requested for guests staying for 12 nights or more.
Bathroom
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in your room. You may opt to leave these in the bathroom or shower during your stay. But please return dry to the original place in your room upon check-out.
- Hand wash and toilet paper are provided in the bathroom and toilets.
Kitchen
-You may avail of the available drink options in the pantry for common use like coffee, chocolate drink and tea. As this is a sharehouse, please note the drink options with initials are for personal use of the owner and should not be consummed.
-You may use the kitchen equipment but please ensure safe and proper use. You may approach Allen or any of his co-hosts if you are not sure. Alternatively, you may shoot us a message.
-You may use the pantry, cabinets and fridge to store your food and drinks grocery items but please place your initials or name on them so that we know it's yours.
-Water from the tap in the kitchen is not suitable for drinking. You can get chilled water from the jug in the fridge or room temp water from the blue water container.

- Username and password as provided. In case of slow or no internet connection, inform us and we will fix it.
