Enjoy your own private compound with all the details covered. 3 en-suite bath bedrooms each with 65" Televisions and King luxury bedding. 1/2 bath is located in the main living room. Modern Art and Design opens to your own pool and spa area with mountain views, located in the quiet neighborhood of Warm Sands in South Palm Springs, less than a mile from downtown and all the city has to offer.

Open floor plan with a 25 foot glass sliding hideaway door to the outside. Casual dining at the six top kitchen bar table or a formal dining experience is your choice. The kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need. Bedrooms are spaced well for privacy, both with ensuite “master” bathrooms and 65" televisions. An extra powder bath in the living room.

Cook on a full outdoor BBQ kitchen with large grill, sink, two burners and a griddle. Relax on 4 lounge chairs facing your salt water pool and tanning ledge while an upholstered lounge area around a fire pit wait for cocktail hour! An extra large heated salt water spa is the perfect way to end an evening. Spa heating is included. Please add $35 a day for pool heating.

Warm Sands is very private, walled and gated. Complete with hedges and citrus trees. I’m committed to making your experience exceptional. This house is actually paradise. So clean. Great location. Very private. Amazing pool and spa. Chad was the best host and 200% dedicated to make this trip a more than perfect vacation. We will go back!
