About the apartment, you will stay in a traditional colonial house, a fine old mansion house that has been newly renovated to the highest of standards. You will find yourself in the cosy and emergent neighbourhood of San Blas, just a short walk from the centre of Quito’s historic old town – a World Heritage Site considered to be the best preserved in South America. Every modern amenity has been thought of including mood lighting, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, private bathroom alongside extra details such as double-glazing, blackout blinds and superbly comfortable queen sized beds with high quality linens to ensure absolute peace and rest. All this while still retaining the fabulous authentic vintage feel of the original house filled as it is with art and antiques, exposed beams, natural brick walls all set around the plant-filled tranquillity of the central patio.

No pets, no smoking. You get an electronic key and can freely come and go. The building is very safe with cameras and a fire safety system. You have the independence of an apartment with the luxury of a hotel service. In the central patio you can make contact with fellow inmates if you wish to do so. If you bring a visitor we ask you to check him/her in first for safety reasons. We charge a small extra fee.
