Aristides Villanueva Street, just one block away, serves as the main artery of the neighborhood and conglomerates a wide range of commercial stores of all kinds. Supermarkets, banks, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and commercial stores are within walking distance of the apartment. Just one block away you have a beautiful boulevard and the Civic Park, ideal for mingling with our people and enjoying the social life in the city. Connections to the rest of the city are another highlight of the location. The nearest tram stop is only 2 blocks away and there are plenty of bus lines. If you want to get around by cab it will take you less than a minute to find one available. And if you are traveling by car you have free parking at the apartment.
