The location is central to the main tourist attractions of the city. The surroundings are defined by a very beautiful area. Aristides Villanueva Street, just one block away, serves as the main artery of the neighborhood and conglomerates a wide range of commercial stores of all kinds. Supermarkets, banks, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and commercial stores are within walking distance of the apartment. Just one block away you have a beautiful boulevard and the Civic Park, ideal for mingling with our people and enjoying the social life in the city. Connections to the rest of the city are another highlight of the location. The nearest tram stop is only 2 blocks away and there are plenty of bus lines. If you want to get around by cab it will take you less than a minute to find one available. And if you are traveling by car you have free parking at the apartment.

Leandro communicated promptly to all of my questions. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. My only complaint would be no way to brew coffee. Otherwise, kitchen is more than adequate. The building is fine, basic, security staff cordial, always there. Pool and jacuzzi were without water. Gym is small and basic, but fine. The location is convenient to nearby parks, cafes, bars and restaurants. It is located on a busy main road, with many buses, poor sidewalks, etc. Certainly not the most attractive area of the city, but within a short walk of Plaza Italia. For the price, I would recommend it.

Excellent host and very well located apartment right in the middle of downtown Mendoza. Restaurants and bars are just one block from the apartment. The view is gorgeous. Thank you Leandro

The apartment was very convenient to so many amenities in Mendoza. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. The local train is close and the neighborhood is walkable. Building has a 24 hour doorman for extra safety. The view is spectacular being on the top floor of the building. Great place to see all of Mendoza
