My home is fully equipped with cookware, cutlery, plates, glasses, toaster, kettle, spices (bring your own food/drinks)...has a cinema room (bring movies on USB) plays blue-ray and 3D, pool table, 12x4 metre swimming pool (not heated), large outdoor undercover deck with barbeque.
The home has magnificent views of the surrounding landscape. There's a creek across the road and bush walks, Wallabies and lots of birds life. I'm on approx 2 acres...the home is elevated on a hill.
3 night minimum stay.
This is a SHARE HOUSE/HOME situation. So if you like chatting or meeting others this is more for you. I'm a gay man (Simon the host) but I currently have *1 straight housemate living here also...as of Feb 2017, they are at work during the day Mon-Fri. *check if still applicable. *no you can't crack onto them! lol
There's no public transport so you will need to hire a car or book uber or taxis. Telstra is the main carrier which works in the area otherwise you'll have a problem with reception. *portion of home locked off for private access by owner only

GOLD COAST HINTERLAND HOME (you do need a vehicle)
I'm from an arts background, painting, drawing, photography, printmaking and have dabbled in the film industry, tried my hand at writing, furniture design, video editing etc. I'm into regenerating the land...it's a time consuming, lengthy process done in stages.
I have been living here since 2013, previously in Sydney and before that I grew up in country NSW on a farm with sheep/cattle, crops.
My Beautiful Rural Home is on almost 2 Acres. Private, 5 Bedrooms but 3 used for house guests. Fully equipped home, 12x4 metre salt water pool with very large outdoor deck with barbeque. Only a 11 minute drive from the Pacific highway, 20 mins to the Gold Coast Airport, 15 mins to beaches and 30 minutes to the theme parks. Surrounded by hills, bush, wildlife and many birds. Stunning location!
YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN CAR! or use Uber to get to my home. It costs about $48 from the airport. About $25 to the closest beach.
I have a frequency healing business I conduct from home. Oberon and Rife technology. I'm also a facilitator of Star Magic quantum healing. So I'm busy most days overseeing client work.
It's a quiet easy going, relaxed atmosphere...so if you want noise and more action somewhere in Surfers or Broadbeach might be more your thing.
I'm happy giving advice on where to go and eat, ******** on in the local area...and guests can always come out with me if I'm going to a market, shops, to eat etc.
