Villa Confalonieri was built in 1913 by a young Milanese industrialist and since its construction it has always been a vacation destination and a place of tranquility. After exactly 100 years, it got back to its splendor and is enriched with a swimming pool; and now it is capable of hosting guests from all around the world in a very traditional way of the Italian hospitality.
At Villa Confalonieri you will enjoy maximum privacy. The villa, the park and any dependace are rented exclusively.

Lake Como is a glacial-lake and is the deepest lake in Europe and the third-largest Italian lake.
It is characterised by its Mediterranean climate, it offers beautiful landscapes with countless towns and villages perched on its shores as well as a special feature: “Hollywoodian“.
Has always been famous for its celebrities, Versace for example which often was a guest Madonna, since George Clooney has bought his famous villa in Laglio, Lake is on everyone’s lips. It’s nice because the mountain walls rise vertically from the water, it is wild, and enjoy the romantic spirits.
So many things to do even in Mandello that is well suited as a starting point for excursions on the lake or in the mountains.
Three suggestions:
take the boat to go to Bellagio while enjoying the view of the mountains that plunge into the blue waters;
hire a seaplane and experience the thrill of land on the water;
visit Villa Balbianello in Lenno (for connoisseurs, the Star Wars scene of the wedding was filmed here)
