Includes shared access to courtyard with fire pit and hot tub. Also includes shared access to outdoor deck seating and tables, ideal for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. It does NOT include access to rest of the house. Room has 32" TV w/cable and Fire Stick for your accounts. Keurig and coffee included.
