Room w/full private bath and dedicated courtyard entry in lodge-style home on wooded lot. Walking distance to Masters Course, shopping, restaurants. Close to downtown, I-20, Canal trails. Includes shared access to courtyard with fire pit and hot tub. Also includes shared access to outdoor deck seating and tables, ideal for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. It does NOT include access to rest of the house. Room has 32" TV w/cable and Fire Stick for your accounts. Keurig and coffee included. Your bedroom and bathroom are dedicated to you and locked from the rest of the house. Entry is from courtyard and deck which may be shared with myself (50 yo male) or other ******** or MrB&B guests.

Masters Course, shopping, restaurants. Close to downtown, I-20, Canal Bike/Hike Trail System and Medical Complex. Augusta is home to the Metropolis Complex, the largest private gay resort in the Southeast. It is also home to the Edge, a popular gay dance club on the weekends, and gay neighborhood bay during the week. There are many gay-friendly establishments throughout the city, but downtown has the largest concentration of attractions and local establishments.

Great experience. Host was very gracious. Room was very clean and comfortable. The setting was very quiet and private. We had a very relaxing time. The hot tub was very nice and the host joined us and we had great conversation. Would stay there again. Also would recommend it to others.

This was my first experience using misterb&b and it went very smoothly. Bill was a very interesting and friendly host and graciously showed me around the city on my first night in town. The house is comfortable and very spacious; I slept well and loved the outdoor spaces around the property. Bill was very flexible about arrival and departure plans. Make sure you pack insect repellant as this is a leafy, green suburb which looks great but attracts flying thing that like to bite!
