Unique Loft Bedroom in Mountain Lodge Style Home with queen-sized sofa bed. Loft bedroom has movable walls that close for privacy or open to Great Room for an open lofty feel (great for a clothing optional experience.) Enjoy soaring ceilings and open floor plan in this hillside retreat. Includes multiple outdoor decks and private landscaped hot tub courtyard. Includes shared access to kitchen and garage with me (55yo single man.) NOTE: This room does NOT have an attached bathroom. There IS a private toilet/sink room on the main level dedicated for your use. A shared shower and whirlpool tub are available in my owner's suite. Home is walking distance to Masters Course, shopping, restaurants. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the downtown entertainment district including many gay-friendly businesses. Easy access from I-20. Walking and easy biking distance to the Augusta Canal Hike/Bike Trail System.

I have two other rental rooms in the house: Private (Blue) Deck Room and Private (Yellow) Courtyard Room. These rooms and rentals are separate locked away spaces that do NOT have access to the shared spaces of the house like the your Private (Brown) Loft room does. You will not interact with them in the house, but may run across them in the courtyard, hot tub and side decks. Guests in these rooms often rent through other mainline listing sites. Rules: 1. Be courteous with regards to noise, particularly in the evenings. 2. NO parties in any area of the house or outside spaces. 3. Hookup guests ARE permitted but must park on the street. 4. Intimacy WITH an expectation of privacy IS available in your room. 5. Intimacy IS permitted in any of the shared areas inside the house but does NOT have a ******** of privacy. 5. Poppers ARE allowed, but NO other drugs, including pot.

I had booked the Loft Room, but Bill kindly offered me a downstairs bedroom with adjoining bath, which was nice of him. The downstairs bedroom was quiet and comfortable. It was a delight to have time to converse with Bill on a wide range of subjects. It was a real treat to relax in the outdoor hot tub on a chilly night. I would recommend Bill's accomodations.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bill's place. He has such a lovely home and was very hospitable and friendly. I felt very comfortable and at home. The hot tub was nice as well!

Beautiful house with a cozy home feel. The pullout couch wasn't the most comfortable but it's perfect for one night. The host was friendly and sweet! Will definitely be back...maybe even for the next Spartan race! 🙌🏽 Thx again, Bill

I had a wonderful stay in Augusta, exploring the city, its surroundings and enjoying Bill's house in a great location to get everywhere easily with the car. I enjoyed the open space, talking with Bill about the city, his hobby and in general very easy and interesting to talk to. Very much recommend Bill and his house to any further guests. Thanks again!
