Room w/full private bath and dedicated courtyard entry in lodge-style home on wooded lot. Walking distance to Masters Course, shopping, restaurants. Close to downtown, I-20, Canal trails. Includes shared access to courtyard with fire pit, hot tub, outdoor deck seating and tables, ideal for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. It does NOT include access to rest of the house.
Room has 40" TV w/YouTube TV provided including HERE TV and HBO MAX. You can add any of your streaming accounts.
In-room microwave, refrigerator, Keurig and coffee included.
The room is modeled as an industrial loft space. It has rough-sawn wood beams, exposed painted ductwork, and several painted block walls for a unique experience. The entry is through a pair of double doors which can be opened for an enlarged indoor/outdoor experience with the adjacent courtyard, hot tub and fire table.

The room and courtyard are clothing optional. Courtyard lights are left on during the evening, but individual lights may be turned off with a pull chain as desired. The courtyard is private, but I do have neighbors within earshot, so please be respectful with regard to noise in the evenings.
