Room w/full private bath and dedicated courtyard entry in lodge-style home on wooded lot. Walking distance to Masters Course, shopping, restaurants. Close to downtown, I-20, Canal trails. Includes shared access to courtyard with fire pit, hot tub, outdoor deck seating and tables, ideal for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. It does NOT include access to rest of the house. Room has 40" TV w/YouTube TV provided including HERE TV and HBO MAX. You can add any of your streaming accounts. In-room microwave, refrigerator, Keurig and coffee included. The room is modeled as an industrial loft space. It has rough-sawn wood beams, exposed painted ductwork, and several painted block walls for a unique experience. The entry is through a pair of double doors which can be opened for an enlarged indoor/outdoor experience with the adjacent courtyard, hot tub and fire table.

What a peaceful retreat, it felt like a small cozy hideaway in Vermont - the hot tub is directly out your French patio door, Bill was so gracious as a host. I am coming back to enjoy being able to walk to Augusta National and also close to downtown August, what a wonderful room!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Bill is a great host and made me feel right at home. The hot tub was located outside near to my room and was great to relax in. I will definitely stay here again.

I had a WONDERFUL time staying here. Bill was very welcoming and a great presence during my stay. The room is clean and comfortable and you will not find a better deal at this price! The hot tub is an awesome amenity and the location is perfectly central if you wish to access downtown Augusta or the suburbs and the Augusta National. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!
