This is a residential building and not a bar , many of neighbors are hard working people that have to get up early to go to their jobs , or children to school so please don't have any noise or parties in the apartment , if you have local guest please keep them down to minimum . Also if using the common areas and swimming pool with them make sure behavior is proper at all times. The 24 hour doormen are there to help in any issue concerning the building itself or common areas

Alberto's apartment is very well arranged and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Even details like hygiene products, coffee..... and a California wine bottle to welcome you. Very well located, a few minutes from Prado metro station. Alberto and Andrés, the contact person in Medellín, are attentive to solve problems and provide information. Highly recommended

Found the apartment block without any problem. Arrived early so had to wait for access. Apartment was not brand new as described, but was overall in very good condition and easy to make ourselves feel at home. Great views from the apartment. The area around the block appeared to be fine for us, inside the security area felt totally safe. Location is very central and about 3-5 mins walk to Prado Metro Station. If you like to live as the locals do, then this is a great place to start.

The apartment was just as awesome as the host who I rented it from. Apartment was very nice, clean, cozy and is located in the downtown area very close to metro. Lots of shopping and supermarket within walking distance. The apartment is in a gated community with security at the entrance to the building. The security staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host is always available to assist during your visit if needed. Alberto also arranged transportation for me to/from the airport and tours of the city with an extremely nice and reliable guy named Luis. I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you, Alberto. I will stay with you again on my next visit to Medellin.
