Elegant room in a very refined and spacious PRIVATE apartment (150 mq) in a central art nouveau - Liberty- Central position, 2 mins walk from red (Lima) and green (Loreto) underground stations and 10 mins walk from the Milan Central Train Station and from the yellow line, the apartment is located in one of the main shopping areas of Milan. The room is equipped with any possible comfort: it is tastefully furbished and cozy and the Etro sofa bed becomes a very comfortable queen bed with a firm mattress and top-notch quality linen and towels. THE BATHROOM IS NOT LOCATED INTO THE ROOM. The entire apartment has centralised heating, air conditioning, high-speed wi-fi and household appliances. All the pieces of furniture are brand new and the bathroom, besides having a washbasin and a bidet, has a very spacious shower crystal box. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-end Italian flat to stay at. However very beautiful, this apartment is located on the fourth floor of a nineteenth century building without elevator, please be aware of that in case you carry very heavy luggage. The host will be happy to help you through the stairs but he does not carry extremely heavy luggage. The owner is an Italian friendly, cultivated and broad minded young man who lives into this spacious apartment and who speaks Italian, English and French as a native speaker. He has put a lot of himself in always well receiving his guests and he will be very happy to give you any suggestion about what to do and visit in Milan during your stay and about all the opportunities the city offers. Politeness and friendliness are essential from both parts. There is a resident ginger tabby cat in the house but he is not allowed into the guests' room. Very sweet and independent at the same time, he won't disturb the guests. People who are allergic to cats or who don't like cats are advised not to choose this location. Corso Buenos Aires is comparable to London's Oxford Street or Paris's avenue des Champs-Elysées shopping streets. With over 350 international ready-to-wear brands, the 1km-long street offers one of the highest concentrations of clothing stores in Europe and is a great place to pick up some ******** neighborhood is one of the oldest in Milan. Considered one of the main shopping areas, it is full of shops and department stores. Buzzy atmosphere during the day but very very quiet at night. The apartment, equipped with double glazing, is very quiet day and night.
Very close to Porta Venezia, the area is very well served with underground stations and overground services.
