Brand New apartment, requires a brand new description, I have a very lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The person would have their own bedroom and bathroom, along with general use of the common area and kitchen. The complex comes with a lot of amenities as well. Open to making new friends, and perhaps showing around. Not open to any sort of hot fun, but love to meet new people and love to host. No new pics yet, but trust me the apartment is super nice.

the person gets the living room, but that also includes the dining room, use of the kitchen, bathroom, basically one huge huge studio, with lots of amenities,,, laundry, snacks, complex gym, free parking, etc, etc. Again, I do have free snacks to pick from as well .

Jeff's place was a breath of fresh air after a long day of driving. He was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, even after a listing issue caused by the website. True to his description, he has lots of snacks on-hand if you have the munchies. An added bonus is that he's a great advocate for his hometown. Even though I didn't have time to stay long, I left with a full itinerary of things to do in KC. Thanks a bunch Jeff!

Jeffrey is a very nice host, the residence is clean and just minutes away from the MCI airport. All of the details were shared by email and texts. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. My stay was easy and drama free.

Jeffrey was very accommodating following my one week arrival date mistake. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great value to stay with Jeffrey. Close proximity to freeway, movie theater, eating. Enjoyed my stay and only wish we had more time to visit!
