It is located in a very central and easily reachable with various means of public transportation (metro, bus, train, electrical bus) neighborhood.

The flat was fully renovated in December 2018 with a stylish modern classic look. It has been renovated in detail, containing several DIY elements. Sustainability and Crafting were the two core elements of the venture.

Here you will find everything you might need for a short or long stay in Athens. It has a new bathroom and a new kitchen, bed, comfortable mattresses, bed linen, refrigerator, a portable double hot plate, microwave and oven in a combo, cooking utensils and equipment etc. It can host up to 4 people at the same time by using the sofa in the living room, which can easily be converted to a double bed.

Guest access You will enjoy the whole flat for yourself during your stay! The flat is located on the 1st floor and you need to take 10 steps to reach it. Both rooms have a view of the building's backyard, therefore, the house is quiet from the street sounds. You will get a set of keys for the building and for the flat entrance. We will arrange to meet in person for the check-in, at which point I will hand you over the keys, and give you a short orientation of the flat and the neighborhood if you wish. We will meet again for the handover of the keys during the check-out.
