Casa San Martino is a privately owned house belonging to the Zucconi Family since 1901, located directly on the lakefront of spectacular Lago Maggiore, right in front of the Brissago Islands. The 3 apartments are quiet and bright with a balcony overlooking the lake. At your disposal the garden with sun loungers and direct access to the lake.

The property is located just 30 meters from the boat pier to the Islands of Brissago and Ascona. The bus stop is 50 meters away from the house.
