Spend your days in Ljubljana in cosy and quirky, stylish and homey rooms, within steps of the city’s premier attractions. And meet us, two cool guys.
Our 14 rooms/apartments/studios are located between few steps from park Kodeljevo and just on the edge of city center. Perfect (home) base to explore Ljubljana's city center and surrondings. It is central and quiet. Situated in two brand new houses with garden and parking spaces, finished at the beginning of May 2019 and it is built according to the latest norm and construction laws.
All spaces are fully-equipped and decorated with the latest trends, giving you a memorable accommodation experience from start to finish.
Rooms come with king size bed or two single beds, apartments with king size bed with sofa and separated kitchen (balcony optional), studios with king size beds with kitchen corner and sofa as optional extra bed (terace optional), all configurations air-conditioned with wifi and own modern bathroom with shower.
