- We will ask you to inform us the full name and ID number of the people who will be staying (the Mistebnb account holder must be one of them). - We will ask you to inform us the check in time and if necessary the arrival flight information, for a better organization. - On the day of check in please remember to contact us at least 1 hour prior to check in to avoid misunderstandings. - Please remember that when entering the apartment you must show the documents of the person/s that were informed when booking, and sign a Passenger Register. -It is not allowed to use the apartment for commercial purposes, deliver or receive packages, merchandise, receive clients, etc. -If family or friends gatherings are held, the maximum number of people to invite is 4, of course the quiet hours must be respected and no person who is not staying there can sleep there. -If your check in or check out is outside the established check in and check out times, please consult before booking, it is subject to availability and may also have an extra cost of 15 dollars. We will be available to help you in any way we can; we live very close to the apartment, so you will always have advice and help at hand.
