The property is nestled in the unspoiled natural beauty of the Mediterranean scrub and is accessible via a dirt road that accentuates its wild character. Access to the rooms is via a private automatic gate and a large parking lot. The Picador Gay Village nightclub is located just 2 km from the residence.

The property offers an outdoor barbecue for roasts and a wood-fired pizza oven, two gas stoves, as well as a bar area with a refrigerator for guest use. In addition there is a vast solarium with deckchairs and a seven-seat whirlpool bath which is operated at sunset and in the evening. Our clientele is purely gay, so you can practice nudism, and in the middle of August. The facility is close to the PICADOR VILLAGE gay disco, the Matador gay restaurant and the Gay beach of the Sant'Andrea Island Natural Park
