Hello. I'm a blue collar guy in a blue collar neighborhood with a blue collar house. Nothing fancy. House was built in 1959 and still has a lot of the original items. A quiet neighborhood and a quiet place to stay. I do have pinball machines and vintage game consoles for entertainment. Great place for leisure stays, business trips or long term stays. Family friendly. I do have a cat but mainly stays outside. Used to run hotels so I hope to bring some of my experience to my own home. Please respect house rules.

Conveniently located close to Interstate 64 off Staples Mill Rd and Interstate 95. Minutes from Downtown, Scott's Addition, Kings Dominion, Richmond International Raceway (NASCAR), Soccer Fields, the Fan District, Innsbrook, and Short Pump. Also close to the Richmond Volleyball Club, and 1.5 miles from Amtrak. Also near Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens, Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Godfrey's, Babe's of Carytown, and Bryan Park.
I have a cat but it is mainly an outdoor cat. No smoking inside. Noise curfew is based on the guests. I do have pinball machines but they are not to be played once guests are ready to sleep. You can have alternative lifestyle parties inside the house. I live in a conservative neighborhood so any events must be inside.

Robert is a very thoughtful host, with great communication, directions, while he was away at my arrival. The guest room is very comfortable, with a large comfy reading chair - and the location is just minutes from restaurants in the center of Richmond. The attention to detail with the pinball gallery is impressively unique and fun. I was fortunate to meet my amicable host shortly before my morning departure.
Robert's place is wonderland for people that like Pinball it is heaven you can play nonstop and he has a very large selection. The house is a very clean very comfortable bed and easy parking his house is not far from places to eat including Starbucks. It was perfect for me to spend a couple of days just relaxing.
The 17 Pinball machines were awesome did not think there would be that many.
We had the best time. Our host was very hospitable. Had a great time can't wait to go back. Have to stay longer next time. If looking for peace and quiet and have a fun time this is the ace to stay.
Robert was a great host. The house was clean and as described. He was nothing but kind and courteous. Would absolutely stay at one of his places again.
