Quiet, safe location, near the interstate, in a blue collar neighborhood. Room is a king size bed with a half bath (private). Have access to entire house. House has vintage pinball and game consoles. Also has back patio. You can grill outside and have full use of the kitchen. Perfect for a getaway, business trip, or seeing Richmond.

My neighborhood is old school, blue collar working class people. We are conveniently located within minutes from any franchise chain coffee shop or restaurant and also close to local favorites that are unique to Richmond. I'm located two miles from the lakeside community which has a local brewery and restaurants. The shops at Libbie & Grove also has unique local shops and a brewery, and it is located two miles away. You will also be near Libbie Mill, an up and coming community with a high end, award winning restaurant called shagbark. Strangeway's Brewery is two miles from the house. Also near Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens, the museum district, Babe's, Godfrey's, the fan district, Bryan Park, and Carytown.

I do have a cat, his name is Kat. He mainly stays outside, only comes in to eat, hang out for a few minutes and wants back out. No smoking inside, I do have an area outside to smoke. If other guests are staying at the same time, we normally stop pinball around 11pm. There is no partying unless it is pre planned with the host.
