Walk 5 minutes to Snow Summit Skiing and Biking

Walk to the slopes! This two bedroom two bath newly renovated town home is nestled on the base of Snow Summit mountain. This is where mountain biking is allowed in the summer and during the winter it's a skier's paradise. No need to pile into the car and head to the slopes its right out your front door!

Guests have access to everything in the condo. All up-to-date appliances and a fully stocked kitchen with all of the items you will need to cook and clean. There is a keurig machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave in the kitchen.

I will send out a code for you to get in the house after that if you need anything let me know.

The home phone is complimentary as most cell phones don't get service in Big Bear except AT&T and Verizon. iPhone texting with other iphones does work though, via the wifi.

Sleeps 8 but...(5 is max for city and you could be kicked out if you are noisy and have more than 5 in the house, the city makes sure that people are not partying)
