Behold a bright, calm flat at a lovely 3-floor english Cottage building 2 minutes from Tram station. The room itself is modestly-yet imaginatively fitted and well organised in a compact way. There is a shower and bath and the kitchen is well enough equipped for confident cooks. It is currently a live /work space which I am now offering to independently-minded people who are comfortable in a gay household. A lovely single room is now available, please ask for details.
The Tram Line 8 from Am Hellerrand station (2 minutes walk) allows you to be at all city districts and the most attractions and everything in between, within 15 till 30 minutes. Stuck in the town in the early hours? The Tram is running 24/7 and will bring you directly home anytime:
Guests can expect an alternative domestic space where they can relax and recharge in order to embrace the quota of grit and unique content Dresden has to offer. There are various pubs, and local shops where one can find fresh produce from around the World. There is also a Farmer's Market nearby on Friday. There is a peaceful cemetery up the road which is perfect for reading. Or join the private terrace and garden of the house.
Located in a context that somehow creates a space/time warp, you'll be surprised and relieved to see how well positioned it is within Dresden's unique secrets, attractions, train stations and airport (transfer info to/from DRS available upon request) Please note: It is not possible to embrace the whole cultural or geographic diversity of Dresden from one particular location, and none is better than the other... just different. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Frank is a great host. Everything went smoothly from the first contact. Anytime again with pleasure.
Very easy access with local transportation.
Very large room in a house in a suburb/district of Dresden directly on the tram line. Tom was very nice and gave me clear directions in advance on how to get there. I only saw him briefly as he didn't arrive until the second day of my stay. Above all, the location is highly recommended if you're there by car. Also very close to the airport.
